• Demo Saddles (available for trial with specific conditions)
• Coolers & Scrims

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of colors accurately reflects the color of the products.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

Order Process:

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. This email is only an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by email that the goods you ordered have been dispatched to you.

Pricing:

All prices are shown in US Dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

By providing payment information, you represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method.

Shipping:

We ship globally, excluding Asia and certain remote regions. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully:

Return Window:

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Demo Saddles (due to personalized fitting and hygiene considerations)
• Dewormers (pharmaceutical products)
• First Aid & Creams (medical and topical products)
• Fly Control products (chemical-based solutions)
• Opened Hoof Care products (unsealed items cannot be resold)

If you receive any of these items damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer care team within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your name, order number, items to return, and reason.
2. Wait for authorization and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Package the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.
4. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA number.
5. Ship your return to: Horse Care World Returns, 2239 Levy Court, Seattle, US 98101 USA.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
